This No Refund Policy governs all services provided by Vriyox (“we,” “our,” or “us”), an India-based digital agency, through https://www.vriyox.com. By purchasing, subscribing to, or availing any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
1. No Refunds on Services Rendered
Due to the nature of digital marketing, advertising, e-commerce services, data analysis, consulting, and strategy-based work, all payments made to Vriyox are non-refundable. Once a service has been initiated, allocated, or delivered, no refunds, chargebacks, or reversals will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Advance & Service Fees
All fees paid to Vriyox are treated as advance service fees for the allocation of time, resources, tools, expertise, and operational costs. Once payment is made, it confirms the client’s intent to proceed, and therefore, refunds are not applicable.
3. Digital & Intangible Services
Vriyox provides intangible, customized, and non-returnable services, including but not limited to:
- Digital Marketing & Advertising Management
- E-commerce Consulting & Optimization
- Data Analysis, Reporting & Dashboards
- Business Insights & Strategy
- Website Development
- Campaign Setup, Audits, and Research
Since these services cannot be undone or returned, refunds are strictly not permitted.
4. Performance & Results
Vriyox does not guarantee specific results such as sales, revenue, ROAS, leads, or growth metrics. Dissatisfaction arising from performance outcomes, market conditions, ad platform behavior, or business results does not qualify for a refund.
5. Client-Initiated Cancellations
If a client chooses to discontinue or cancel services after payment:
- No refund will be issued for any unused, ongoing, or partially delivered services.
- Any work completed or in progress will remain billable and payable.
6. Delays & External Factors
Vriyox shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions caused by:
- Third-party platforms (Google, Meta, Shopify, Amazon, etc.)
- Platform policy or algorithm changes
- Account restrictions, suspensions, or downtime
- Client-side delays, approvals, or non-cooperation
Such situations do not entitle the client to a refund.
7. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal without valid justification shall be considered a breach of this policy. Vriyox reserves the right to suspend services and take appropriate action to recover dues.
8. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds are not applicable even in exceptional cases, including but not limited to:
- Change of business plans
- Budget constraints
- Internal management decisions
- Misunderstanding of service scope (once clarified)
9. Policy Updates
Vriyox reserves the right to modify or update this No Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated version shall be effective immediately upon publication on the website.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This No Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Noida, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
